Workshop: Inside Glow 'n' Flow!

Get your glow vibe on as Maura guides you through a 90 minutes energizing Inside Flow - vinyasa on-beat class, designed to get you sweaty, pumped and ready for the weekend.  

Maura’s playlist of modern dance music will get your endorphins flowing while we light up the room with energy, glow sticks and UV paint!  The Inside Flow ‘n’ Glow is the perfect class for those looking to enjoy a fun-filled, faster- pace session, while practicing to some modern music.   

Glowing sticks, UV body paint, bracelets and tattoos (optional)  will be provided at the start of this event, so you can enjoy your flow n’ glow to the fullest.   

Feel free to bring your own glow sticks and body paint. Wear neon or white!
