Everyone should benefit from yoga in general. It doesn't matter if you think that you aren't flexible or strong enough, too old or too young, this is not what yoga is about. If you are still not sure, let's talk and see what we can do.

'Never stop learning', I believe that continuous studying and personal growth are essential on all levels. I am very passionate about the human body and anatomy and have spent the past few years deepening my knowledge in alignment and anatomy.

I want to make yoga accessible to everyone, ensuring that its benefits reach a diverse range of individuals and meet the needs of the 21st-century human body. By blending modern research in anatomy and movement with traditional practices, we adapt yoga to fit today’s lifestyles, exploring our internal world through breath, alignment, and movement.
In 2021, I've completed 100hrs Personal Training at Inside Yoga Frankfurt to become a Coach and Personal Trainer and have since attended various workshops and immersion trainings to deepen my knowledge on anatomy and adjustment.
I've learned new methods and techniques that I am now
ready to apply in our private sessions.

5-CLASS PACK: 485 EUR | 10-CLASS PACK: 920 EUR

What is a Thai Yoga Massage?
It is a unique therapy technique that is largely inspired by yoga and meditation. The sessions are primarily intended to help restore energy and leave you with a sense of lightness and space in your body.
Thai yoga bodywork and massage focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching influenced by yoga with physical pressure applied along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda.
