WHICH YOGA STYLES CAN YOU EXPECT?

Vinyasa Alignment

Vinyasa Krama Yoga is a thoughtfully sequenced practice that combines the dynamic flow of vinyasa with a focus on alignment and anatomy. This class emphasizes holding postures to target specific muscle groups, encouraging both stretching and strengthening. Each session builds progressively toward a peak pose, but the goal is not to perfect the pose. Instead, the aim is to make it more accessible through alignment cues, subtle adjustments, and mindful progression.

"Krama" means steps or stages, and "Vinyasa Krama" represents the wise progression through poses, moving steadily from simple to more advanced postures. With careful guidance, you'll learn techniques and tips that empower you to approach each pose with ease and confidence. This practice supports a deeper understanding of your body and its capabilities while fostering balance, strength, and flexibility.

INSIDE FLOW

Experience the unity of Movement, Breath and Music.
Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper.
The class starts and you are in the Flow. We transition from one asana to the next one while synchronizing and connecting breath, movement to the beat of the music.

While practicing to modern music, we’ll build up a sequence of yoga asanas step by step, which then come together choreographed to a particular song.  Inside Flow will touch your heart directly, strengthen your body, and leave you feeling uplifted and connected. Check our official Inside Flow Luxembourg page.

All you need is INSIDE.

VINYASA ON BEAT

Go with the flow. We will flow on beat from the start until the end, just like an infinity loop. Imagine a normal Vinyasa class, only on beat, this is what you can expect. A flowing sequence of asanas guided by the breath and the music. The breath leads the movements and every movement is synchronised with inhalation and exhalation. In the end you can expect some cool-down stretches and your well deserved shavasana.
